Netball group based in Pontyclun. We encourage , support and welcome netball for all ages (over 16) and abilities.
Training at Y Pant school Mondays 7.00-8.30pm
Our aim is top bring back fun into fitness for those who haven’t played since school, for new mums who want their bodies back, but cannot face a gym, or those who want to make new friends and join a social network, and of course for those who love netball!
Were not just a netball team, we are a huge family who support each other on and off the court
