Now in its third year, once again we are holding our Community group christmas tree competition. Last year we had over 2300 votes for the trees which was a fantastic response from you, our residents and visitors

This year we have 12 Community groups taking part. Each of the groups has been given a 5ft tree to decorate and the trees will be displayed in various in the main shopping area of Pontyclun.

We are asking you the great people of Pontyclun to vote for your favourite tree by either using the QR codes that are displayed in the shops taking part or via this link here

Anyone can take part and it only takes a minute.

The Groups taking part are –

• Pontyclun Air cadets
• Sally’s Angels Choir
• Pontyclun Brownies
• ARC Project
• RCT Over 50’s forum
• Pontyclun Primary (Infants)
• Groesfaen Gwyrdd
• Ablaze (Bethel youth club)

You can find the trees in the following shops (from North to South) –

We thank all the shops for kindly offering their premises for this competition.
