  • Kids Easter party

    On Monday 15th April Bethel Chapel are holding a kids Easter Party at 6pm.

    Suitable for the whole family with bouncy castles, puppets, food, crafts, Easter eggs and a chance to hear about the real story behind all the chocolate.


    Entry is free, though children must be accompanied at all times.

  • Walking Rugby and Football launch in Pontyclun

    Walking Rugby and Walking Football launched in Pontyclun on Wednesday 6th February at Pontyclun park

    Over 20 people attended the first Walking Rugby and Football events at the park and had a great time trying out these fast growing sports.

    New members are welcome - weekly sessions start at 10am on Wednesdays - see you in the Park!

  • Belshazzar's feast - Llantrisant Folk Club @ Pontyclun Athletic Institute Club

    On tour with their celebrated Christmas show that mixes traditional folk music, seasonal material, stirring in classical, pop and music hall, all topped off with audience participation and lashings of wry humour. Paul Sartin (of Bellowhead and Faustus) and Paul Hutchinson (of Hoover The Dog) together stun audiences across the UK, USA and Australia with their eclectic and eccentric mix of tunes and between songs chat that always sends audiences home with smiles on their faces.

  • Christmas festival of Lights and music

    Our annual Christmas lights festival on Saturday 1st December 2018

    After last years very successful event we are planning a bigger and better event this year with a range of stalls and street foods as well as music and entertainment

    The Christmas festival will be held at the Pontyclun Athletic Club on Saturday 1st December from noon till about 6pm

    There will be a range of over 20 indoor stalls organised by the local MacMillan cancer group aand face painting and a Santa grotto.

    Outside there will be more stalls, food vendors and a small fairground plus music by local choirs and bands

    The grand street light opening will be at 5.30.

    Whatever the weather please come and enjoy this great community event.
